At BuzeBook, we are dedicated to delivering your books quickly and reliably. We currently ship from the United States to customers in the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia — with Free Shipping on all orders.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- Australia: 8–12 business days
  (Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.)
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

For Canada, the UK, and Australia, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@buzebook.com within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photos to resolve the issue quickly.

Books may be returned within 60 days of receipt if they are in original condition (unused and undamaged).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, but since we offer free shipping, only the return cost will apply (if not our mistake).
