Digital Products
All products sold on our website are digital and instantly accessible upon purchase. As such, once a product has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Refund Eligibility:
- Non-Downloaded Products: If you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded it, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase. Please contact us at contact@buzebook.com with your order details to initiate the refund process.
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please reach out to us at contact@buzebook.com, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge, provided both products have not been downloaded.
Exceptions:
- Downloaded Products: We cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. Please make sure to review the product details before making your purchase.
- Incorrect or Defective Files: If you encounter any issues with the files, such as incorrect products or corrupted downloads, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue by providing the correct files or offering a replacement.
How to Request a Refund:
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at contact@buzebook.com with the following information:
- Order number
- The product(s) in question
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- All sales are final once a product is downloaded.
- We do not provide refunds for any product due to a change of mind after purchase.
